It was now time to start the creating and editing the video, with just over one week until the submission deadline. I knew time wasn't on my side here, so the morning after my last filming session I travelled to Bournemouth to get it started and also give back all my camera equipment.

Editing videos is a very long process, and I had so much footage to go through, it didn't even let me download it onto the Uni computers, so I had to go buy a 128gb hard drive to put the footage onto!

Going through the footage i captured and getting rid of videos that weren't going to make the cut, took quite a bit of time.

It was then time to write the script, but writing the script is no easy feat. I soon realised that my best bet was to go through my 90 minutes worth of interviews and time stamp all of the best clips from the interviews. This alone took a whole day to do! Getting lots of footage and lengthy interviews is great, but it does make for a much longer editing process!

After this, I had just 4 days left and hadn't actually started editing my video on premiere pro yet. with 4 days to go, I finished writing my script, which left me with just 3 days to create and edit the video.

However, because I had my script ready and all the clips of the interviews I was using and where they were going in my script, it made my job easier when editing. I had a slow first day of editing as I had a shift at work and then a game for my football team, Maidstone u23's in the evening.

With just 2 days to go, I was extremely stressed as I still had 90% of the edit still to do, plus a 1000 word critical reflection, and this blog which you are reading right now lol.

I knew I was massively against the clock here, so decided to do something that would really test my limits, something that many people wouldn't be able to do...
