My Multimedia project on Hashtag united- how I did it! (part 3)- interviews and a quick break to Dubai.

After a couple weeks of filming games, I seriously needed some interviews. I had only three weeks until my 7 minute short documentary was due, and I still had to edit it. I was targeting Spencer (owner), Stampy (head of media), Devs (manager), a player and a superfan.

Do you think I managed to get all five?

I took a short 4 day trip to Dubai for some winter sun and came back to filming. I managed to get my first two interviews a few days later, interviewing Spencer and Devs after a 4-1 win for Hashtag. Both went better than I could've expected.

This took the stress off a little bit. I still needed more though. At the next game, I managed to interview Hashtags right back, Jermaine Anderson following a 3-0 defeat for Hashtag. Despite the result, Jermaine gave me a good interview.

I had made good progress but now had less than 2 weeks until the project was due.

3 days later, Hashtag were playing on a Tuesday night and I organised to meet Stampy at the HQ before the game, to interview him. It was another successful interview!

When we got to the game, I quickly organised an interview with Hashtag Superfan, Freddie. We had a great chat before the game, securing all five of my planned interviews!

A great day got even better, as I was then asked to do the live commentary on the game! You can listen and watch the highlights on Hashtag's YouTube channel-the 3-2 win over Hendon.

That was all the filming done, which was vital as I had to hand the cameras back to the Uni, the next day.
